  • Our tours are walking tours. Public transportation or local taxis may be used to transfer between sites.
    I cannot accept arrangement of a private car service. If you wish to arrange a private car service, you could ask your hotel staff to arrange it.
  • Clients are paying for their public transportation fee like trains, subways, buses, taxis and so on.
  • Guide fee includes guide public transportation fee and his own meal.
  • The earliest time when the guide arrives at your hotel is at 8:00am. and soon the tour starts.
  • I request you to pay the fee to me in cash in Japanese yen before the tour starts.
  • Before the tour starts, we meet at your hotel lobby or near the reception.
  • The tour should be ended by 7:00 pm. at the latest.
  • Location of hotels a guide can pick you up at should be in the downtown of Tokyo.
  • Cancellation Fee: No advance notice or notice 1day in advance - 100%, notice 2days in advance – 50%
    In that case, I require you to pay the fee as soon as possible through the international banking system.
